Penelope "Peni" Ann Rouse, of Lacy Lakeview, Texas died of natural causes at 74 years old in the comfort of her home on Sunday, October 21, 2018.
A memorial service to celebrate the life of Peni will be held at 1:00 pm Friday, October 26, 2018 at Bellmead Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Terry Wilkerson officiating.
Peni was born October 18, 1944 and raised in Ashland, Ohio.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Rouse; and her parents, Betty Guillet and Theodore Au.
Survivors include her children, Sandra Jean Brooks, David Dean Holloway and Tammie Lynn Kolb; 7 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; her siblings, Debbie Shoonover and Jeffrey Tidwell; 3 nephews and 1 niece.
