I worked with "Red" Simpson at TxDOT and will sk and remember his fun loving nature and quick wit! You could always count on him for help or assistance if you were in a pinch. My husband also had the pleasure of meeting Mr Simpson on occasion and held him in high regard. We are so very sorry for your loss and thank God we had the honor of knowing him! He will be greatly missed! Prayers to the Simpson family for comfort and healing.
