Robyn Gail Reznicek peacefully left this earth on Monday, July 16, 2018.

Graveside services will be 10:00 am Thursday, July 19, 2018 at Riesel Cemetery.

Robyn was born on April 20, 1968 and was lovingly adopted by George Reznicek and Della (Schroeder) Reznicek. She joined her brother, Mark, and looked up to her big brother her entire life.

Robyn loved cats and dogs, and her best memories are the pets she had when she lived at home. Even when Robyn moved into a group home, she was able to visit the animals at Fuzzy Friends and always looked forward to those times. Her days were spent with the wonderful people at Heart of Texas Industries, often working in the library and visiting with friends.

Even with the difficulties she faced in life, Robyn always held a deep love for her family and enjoyed spending time with them. One of her greatest achievements in life was graduating from La Vega High School, and she always wore her class ring proudly.

Robyn was preceded in death by her mother, Della Schroeder Reznicek, and her father, George Reznicek.

She is survived by her brother, Mark Reznicek of Crosby; sister/cousin, Kay Kocian Sheehy and husband, Bob of Waco; and many loving relatives in the Schroeder and Reznicek family.

In lieu of flowers, memorials in Robyn's name may be made to Fuzzy Friends Rescue.

  1. Robbi Marshall
Prayers for all of you. God bless you and keep you.
  2. Ovida Williams
Robyn was a special friend who would always call me at my work and ask me about my cat several years ago. She eventually became a part of The Arc's Self Advocate group and we journeyed with her as she approached the many changes in her life. She loved her cats and dogs (rabbits too) when she lived at home. Later on in her life, she enjoyed so much going to Fuzzy Friends with her friend, Cathy. Now she is at peace. Blessings to her family.
  3. Kathy James
    Sorry for your loss.
