Jesse Ronald Pafford, passed away Monday, December 25, 2017.

Services will be 10:00 am Friday, December 29, 2017 at Bellmead Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be at Oakwood Cemetery. Visitation will be 6:00 to 8:00 pm Thursday, December 28, 2017 at the funeral home.

Jesse was born August 25, 1933 in Pearson, Georgia to Jesse Dewey and Katie May (Bennett) Pafford. He served in the Air Force for 22 years until retiring. After retirement Jesse worked at Albertson, Mother Neff State Park and RAM. He was a wonderful, husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather who will be miss dearly.

Survivors include his children, Jesse Pafford Jr., Joan Eslick and husband, James, Melinda Smith and Robert Pafford and wife, Annette; his brothers, Gerald Pafford and Kenneth Pafford; his grandchildren, James Jr., Crystal, Mark, Kurt, Eric, Olivia, Michael, Cassandra and Robert Jr.; several great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

The family would like to thank Westview Manor Nursing Home in McGregor, the Community Living Center and the Temple Veterans Hospital for all their care and support.
