Roy Weldon Lipsey, passed away Wednesday, November 15, 2017.

He will be cremated and a celebration of life service will be 10:00 am Saturday, December 9, 2017 at White Rock Cemetery.

Roy was born November 26, 1940 in Hubbard, Texas to William Cecil and Ethel (Graves) Lipsey.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and a brother, Bill Lipsey.

Survivors include his wife, Alice Lipsey; his children, Lori Fuller of Colorado Springs, CO, Lynn Kabella and friend, Tim of Temple, TX, Lisa Ivy and husband, Dennis of Seabrook, TX, Mike Lipsey and wife, Marlena of Austin, TX and Cecil Lipsey of Dallas, TX; his stepchildren, Janice Tabor and Cheryl Walker both of Waco, TX, Debbie White of Belton, TX, James Schultz and fiancé Deneen of Gholson and Mike Schultz of Rockport, TX; his brother, Bob Lipsey and wife, Peggy of Round Rock, TX; 20 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great grandchild.

The family wishes to express a special thank you to the caregivers of Bluebonnet Hospice.
