Robert Blackmon Parrott, of Waco, passed away Monday, October 30, 2017.
Graveside services with Military Honors will be 2:00 pm Monday, November 6, 2017 at the Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery in Killeen, Texas.
Robert was born October 27, 1927 in Livingston, Texas. He served in the Navy and Army and served during WWII and Korea.
