Denise Weatherford, age 35, passed away Thursday, September
14, 2017. A graveside service will be held 10:00 a.m. Monday, September 18,
2017 at Oakwood Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Sunday, September 17th at the funeral home.
Denise was born October 21, 1981, the daughter of Rowdy and
Jana (Bennett) Weatherford. Her mother preceded her in death.
Survivors include her husband, Tommy Pavelka; children,
Dylan Thomas Pavelka, Lucas Lee Pavelka, Morgan Pavelka Libstaff and Tara
Pavelka; father, Rowdy Weatherford; grandmother, Carol Bennett; sisters, Sierra
Weatherford and Lisa Hickman; aunts, Sherry Lemley and husband, Elvin, Tammy
Parrish and husband, Billy, Lissa Sauls; uncles, Tony Bennett and Duane
Bennett; many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Never thought when we hung up and said our good byes it would be the last one ever. You and tommy came into my life 3 and half years ago when me and Jesse got together we all hung out daily and y'all became part of my family.
