James Larry Carr, 71, 0f Cleburne, passed away Sunday, May
7, 2017.
Graveside services will be 1:00 p.m. Saturday, May 13, 2017
at Riesel Cemetery with Rev. J. T. Riley officiating. Visitation will be 10:00
am to 12:00 pm Saturday before the service at Bellmead Funeral Home.
Larry was born April 30, 1946 in Waco, Texas to Allan David
and Gladys Mae (Cagle) Carr. He served as a medic in the United States Army
during Vietnam. He married Pam Lewis on March 11, 1980 and was a self-employed car and truck dealer
before retiring to Cleburne where he raised Black Angus and Quarter Horses. Larry was a loving son, husband, father,
brother, grandpa and caring friend.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
He is survived by his children, Jamie Carr, James Carr, Jr.
and David Allan Carr and wife, Trisha; his brother, David Alton Carr and wife,
Fredee; and his grandchildren, Jaylin, Brycen, Carissa, Bradley, Trent, Austin
and Christian.
