North Richland Hills, TX Thursday, March 28, 2024 Walt, or better known at the NWS in Ft. Worth as Uncle Walt, was so very loved and appreciated by not only his colleagues, but also by weather radio listeners across all of North and Central Texas. His comforting, and correct pronunciation of ''Most-to-ly'' cloudy or ''Part-to-ly'' cloudy was beloved so much that when an automated computer voice was introduced, numerous loyal listeners let us know they wanted him back!! UW, as I called him, was a great friend too. So kind and a pleasure to work with. Thank you for your service, UW, and thanks to your family for sharing you with us!Jesse Moore
