Waco, TX Wednesday, May 12, 2021 Darrell "Tuffy" and I grew up across the street from each other. We graduated from LaVega High School in 1966. He was always a quiet guy. On a whim a few weeks ago, i drove through the old neighborhood and stopped at Tuffy's house. No one answered the door so I left. Sure wish he had been home. I will always have fond memories of living on Woodbine and playing with the neighborhood kids. RIP Tuffy.
